Stephen Lipsett of SL Events put together a superb event with the help of many and STRAIGHTLINERS were along again to provide the timing equipment and track crew, it’s a lot of travelling but the welcome is worth the effort.

  With competitors split into 12 classes everyone trying hard for top honours and personal bests on every run.

 A total of 92 competitors on Saturday each receiving a timing ticket with 610 tickets printed.

 Fastest car on the day was Mark Hughes in his much modified BMW M140i posting a time just shy of a 9sec run with 10.05sec at 133mph. Fastest bike was Jarrod Frost on his Holeshot Racing Suzuki Hayabusa turbo on an 8.97sec at 173mph.

  Sunday was more of the same with the occasional bit of rain interupting proceedings. 81 competitors recieved a total of 653 timing cards. Fastest car was Barry McLoughlin in his rapid Audi TT posting a 10.24sec at 136mph. Jarrod Frost was again fastest bike.

 Thanks go to the hardworking Straightliners crew, Stephen Lipsett, SL Events, and his team, the Enniskillen airport fire crew, paramedic, all the competitors and the massive crowd that turned up, hope you all enjoyed your weekend as much as we did. A date for 2027 is already provisionally in the diary.
