On 23rd-24th September, we are giving you the chance to take your car or motorbike to the max at Elvington Airfield’s (York) famous Runway 26.
With a full weekend of testing with Top Speed action measured over the quarter mile, half mile, one mile and one and a quarter mile. That’s four speed readings in one pass, timed by our Tag Heuer timing equipment to 10,000 of a second in a safe and controlled environment.
Entry from £90 (all in) for two runs within one hour, with average times and speeds tickets.
Entry for Full weekend of unlimited runs for the serious contender; Bikes from £285, Cars from £315. (Full top speed regulations, vehicle construction and safety regulations will apply.
Spectators welcome £10 per adult for the day (Under 16 are free).
Fancy staying over? Why not make it a full speed weekend £25 per adult for the two days including camping.
